Casey Donovan is an Australian singer, songwriter, actress, stage performer, and novelist. Fame came in her way after winning the second season of Australian Idol in 2004. She took first place in the tournament at the age of 16, making her the series’ youngest victor.
The quiet Indigenous youngster from Western Sydney was traversing a route plagued with terrible prejudices about overweight people behind the bright lights. To finish the challenge, the singer switched from a fast-food and carb-heavy diet to a high-protein diet and began walking up to 15,000 steps per day. That also included 5000 steps before breakfast and often walking up to 90 minutes at night.
