One of America’s favorite dads, John Goodman, has gone through some drastic transformations. The actor who played Dan Conner on “Roseanne” and is called the country’s go-to dad was once not in good shape. Now that he looks so different than before, his followers too, have been inspired to follow a better health routine.
Something clicked, and John went on a weight loss regime that helped him shed more than 100 pounds in 2 years. He achieved this with the help of his personal trainer, Mackie Shiltsone guided him towards sticking with Mediterranean dieting and cutting out alcohol entirely while working out for six days every week.
