Now, Ricki has shed 15 pounds of weight, all thanks for her newfound healthy lifestyle. She sticks to a 1400 calorie count meal plan with 8 hours of sleep each night and trains regularly on the track. We absolutely adore her for leading a healthy and better lifestyle.
