Alec has lost a staggering, 30 pounds of weight in just four months. And now that his pre-diabetic diagnosis is going on, he has changed his lifestyle and adopted a more plant-based diet, kicking sugar off the plate. He also reveals that since becoming dedicated to staying healthy by doing pilates and spinning classes, he isn’t afraid anymore about what insulin could do if not mindful. Kudos to Alec!
