Mama June, 300 Pounds- For Her Ex-husband’s Marriage
June Shannon, famously known as Mama June from the hit show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, is recognized for her love of “Sketti,” plates of spaghetti noodles with butter ketchup. Therefore, it’s no surprise that she quickly grew to over 460 pounds.
When her ex-husband’s wedding was just around the corner, June underwent a series of surgeries to assist in her weight loss journey. She had gastric sleeve surgery and other procedures that helped her lead up to this moment. Today she looks completely different at size four wearing designer clothes for WeTV’s seven-part documentary Mama June: From Not To Hot.
Chrissy Metz, 100 Pounds- For Healthy Body
Metz has been vocal about her weight issues for quite some time now. She even wrote a book detailing the struggles she faced growing up and how to deal with them all. As someone who is passionate about helping others, Metz encourages everyone struggling with excess weight not to give up, stating that progress, instead of perfection.
Chrissy’s weight loss experience is truly incredible. She lost 100 pounds in less than five months following an incident that made her realize she needed to take better care of herself. Furthermore, Chrissy revealed that she only eats a 2,000 calorie diet and walks for 20 minutes every day.
