Shannon Beador, 40 Pounds- To Change Her Life For Good
The Real Housewives of Orange County fame, Shannon Beador, may have been in a tough place for some time, but she’s finally found the strength to make it out. She says that after losing weight and battling depression, her life is better than ever with a specific change, taking care of herself first.
Despite the risk of failing and disappointing herself, Shannon is proud to say she’s managed to shed a whopping 40lbs just by eating primarily healthy and working out. Furthermore, Shannon added that we never know what will work for us unless we try. All it takes is determination since there are no guarantees in life.
