Tom Hanks – $7.342 Million, Pacific Palisades
Tom Hanks has been married to Rita Wilson since 1988, and apparently, on top of them being a loving couple, they also have a keen eye for real estate. That fact gets justified once you hear about the deal they made in 2017 selling two houses side by side getting $17.5 million in their pockets! The smallest of the two, the one depicted in the picture was a 1933 Spanish Revival house with 3,930 square feet of space. The house consisted of four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms and was sold for $7,342,500. Tom now continues making a fortune and in 2019 he voiced Woody’s character for Toy Story 4.
