Rosa López, la joven ganadora de “Operación Triunfo 2018”, es sinónimo de superación y perseverancia, no solo en cuanto a su voz sino también en lo relacionado con su lucha contra el sobrepeso.
Luego de ganar el certamen musical, Rosa decidió dar un vuelco en su vida y la forma en que se alimentaba. Comenzó por ordenar sus hábitos alimenticios y concentrarse en cumplir con una rutina de ejercicios sumamente aeróbica, con lo que logró perder más de 40 kilos y tener la figura que siempre quiso.
Comer sano y ejercitarse a diario es una receta que ha funcionado mas que bien para Rosa.
