John Goodman, perdió 45 kilos, dieta mediterránea y ejercicio.
Conocido como el padre favorito de los Estados Unidos debido a su cuerpo de padre, John Goodman sorprendió a todos con su drástica pérdida de peso. Mostró su pérdida 45 kilos de peso luego de su película “Roseanne”, ya que no estaba en forma al momento de la filmación. El actor, perdió este peso con la ayuda de su entrenador personal Mackie Shilton.
Además de hacer ejercicio, Goodman siguió una dieta mediterránea centrada en el bajo consumo de carbohidratos. También, dejó de beber para evitar las calorías vacías durante la pérdida de peso. El ejercicio del programa y el diario de alimentos lo ayudaron a lograr el peso deseado.
