Anabel Pantoja ha tenido kilos de mas desde muy chica y, pese a que en su juventud era algo que no la preocupaba, tomó conciencia de su salud y comenzó a luchar contra su sobrepeso.
A sus 18 años ya pesaba 95 kilos y no encontraba solucione en dietas y rutinas de ejercicio, fue por eso que recurrió a una cirugía gástrica la cual la hizo perder los kilos de mas que tenia. Luego, tuvo altibajos debido a una mala alimentación hasta que con una nueva cirugía pudo bajar 30 kilos y verse tal como una diva.
