Carlos Latre, lost 35 kilos, diet and exercise.
There came a time when Carlos Latre, the acclaimed humorist, could not recognize himself due to being excessively overweight. It was then that he took the bull by the antlers and decided to make a change in the way of feeding on him.
When he reached the weight of 117 kilos, Carlos visited a doctor for help and followed to the letter the strict diet that was imposed on him, which he accompanied with an aerobic routine as a complement. As of today, Carlos has already lost 35 kilos and is looking to lose some more to reach his ideal weight of about 80 kilos.
Carlos’ humor has returned.
