Por lo general, es común que una mujer luche por perder peso y no por ganarlo, tal como lo hace Violeta Mangriñán. El problema fue que durante su participación en el reality “Sobrevivientes” la joven perdió 7 kilos, los cuales hoy en día procura recuperar para volver a su peso ideal.
Gracias un dieta balanceada y ejercicios diarios, Violeta está recuperando la figura con la siempre deslumbró y, además, la autoestima que la llevó a ser una de las preferidas del show en que participaba.
Ya casi a alcanzado los 52 kilos que se propuso y está lista para salir nuevamente al público en la televisión.
