En el mundo de la cocina no hay receta que Alberto Chicote no sepa realizar, pero sin duda alguna la que mejor le sale es la que utilizó para perder más de 40 kilos en solo 3 años.
Cuando llegó a pesar unos exorbitantes 105 kilos, Alberto decidió que debía hacer algo por su salud y emprendió su batalla contra el sobrepeso. Comenzó a comer de manera saludable, quitando las azucares de sus comidas y de ahí en mas todo fue progreso. Además, sumo a su vida una rutina diaria de ejercicios que lo ayuda a mantenerse activo y pleno.
