Christina Aguilera culpó al exceso de estrés por su aumento de peso y por no poder perder nada. Ganó un peso considerable durante el embarazo y sintió que era casi imposible deshacerse de él. Su pérdida de peso también se vio obstaculizada por los percances de su divorcio y haberse refugiado en la comida para poder sobrellevarlos. Sin embargo, nos dejó a todos asombrados luego de perder 18 kilos en solo tres meses.
Además de hacer ejercicio, Aguilera siguió una dieta de arcoíris que codifica los colores de la comida. También comenzó a limitar la ingesta diaria de calorías con una dieta alta en proteínas.
