Cuando llegó a pesar unos exorbitantes 105 kilos, Alberto decidió que debía hacer algo por su salud y emprendió su batalla contra el sobrepeso. Comenzó a comer de manera saludable, quitando las azucares de sus comidas y de ahí en mas todo fue progreso. Además, sumo a su vida una rutina diaria de ejercicios que lo ayuda a mantenerse activo y pleno.
