La talentosa actriz Angélica Vale siempre ha lidiado con problemas de sobre peso. Si bien estos problemas nunca la afectaron, Angélica se ha puesto en la cabeza bajar de peso para poder verse tal y como quiere.
Luego de sus dos embarazos, encontró difícil Volver a su peso habitual y fue por eso que consultó a un medico endocrinólogo quien le recomendó ordenar sus hábitos alimenticios. Si bien ella considera que no realiza una dieta, come de manera saludable y se cuida de no ingerir ningún alimento que desbalancee su alimentación. También hace ejercicios a diario como complemento de su tratamiento.
Angélica está a poco tiempo de alcanzar su objetivo.
