BILLY DEE WILLIAMS – 84 ANS
Billy Dee Williams étudie dans une école d’art à New York et fait ses premiers pas de comédien à Broadway dans les années 60. Son premier rôle au cinéma date de 1959 dans La colère du juste. Il accède à un début de notoriété en 1971 grâce au téléfilm “Brian’s Song” qui lui vaut une nomination Emmy Awards. Mais c’est en 1980 que Billy Dee Williams devient vraiment populaire en jouant le grand ami d’Han Solo dans Star Wars – L’empire contre-attaque. C’est sa prestation la plus marquante.
Billy Dee Williams ne chôme pas puisqu’il a été récemment à l’affiche de Star Wars, épisode IX : L’Ascension de Skywalker.
