William Leymergie est l’un des visages les plus familiers de la télévision française. Journaliste, animateur et producteur, il est surtout reconnu pour l’émission Télématin qu’il a présentée sur France 2 pendant 32 ans. Quand il a commencé sa carrière en 1970, il ne se doutait pas que sa carrière prendrait une telle trajectoire. Il passe par France Inter et TF1 avant d’atterrir sur Antenne 2.
Les téléspectateurs se souviennent sûrement de ses adieux émouvants en 2017 quand il quitte France 2 pour rejoindre C8 où il a aussi sa propre émission.
