Depuis, elle enchaîne les succès sur grand et petit écran. Côté vie privée, elle est nage dans le bonheur. Elle est en couple Alexis depuis 2017. Il s’agit d’un célèbre street-artist, surnommé Le Diamantaire. Marilou est fière de l’homme avec qui elle partage sa vie : « Il a débuté en collant dans les rues des diamants peints incrustés de miroirs. Il réalise à présent de superbes pièces toujours autour du diamant. » En 2018, ils ont un petit garçon, Andy.
