Patrick Dewaere était l’un des acteurs les plus talentueux de sa génération. Le jeune premier a connu plusieurs amours dans sa vie et Miou Miou en faisait partie. Ils se sont rencontrés quand il a intégré le Café de la gare. Patrick joue avec elle dans le film culte Les valseuses, en compagnie de Gérard Depardieu, en 1974. Les trois amis étaient inséparables. Miou Miou, d’une étonnante beauté et connue pour sa grande douceur, a fait chavirer le cœur de Patrick Dewaere au début des années 1970. Les deux amoureux se sont malgré tout séparés en 1976. Ils resteront à jamais l’un des couples les plus glamours du cinéma français.
