Côté vie privée, on connait moins Nathalie Boulot, la femme qui partage sa vie. Patrick a rencontré Nathalie au début des années 90. Les deux tourtereaux filent le parfait amour depuis cette époque. Patrick Sébastien, qui appelle sa femme Nana, venait de divorcer avec son ex-femme et avait également perdu son fils. Ce sont ces moments difficiles qui les ont rapprochés. Ils se marient en 1998 au stade de rugby de Brive-la-Gaillarde. Ils collaborent dans la société de Patrick, Magic TV. En 2007, ils adoptent une fille à Tahiti.
