Sa vie amoureuse a été très mouvementée. Il s’est marié trois fois avant de rencontrer l’amour de sa vie, Aurore Aleman. Alors qu’il se sépare de Vanessa Broussouloux en 2014, il officialise sa relation avec Aurore en septembre 2015. Les deux amoureux se marient en 2016 et Benjamin Castaldi annonce la naissance de leur fils en 2020.
