François Hollande – Parti socialiste – A peu près 1,17 millions d’euros
François Hollande, président de la République française de 2012 à 2017, a marqué son quinquennat par des réformes sociales comme le mariage pour tous et la loi travail. Son gouvernement a aussi lancé le CICE ou Crédit d’Impôt pour la Compétitivité et l’Emploi pour relancer l’économie. Cette mesure a toutefois critiqué pour son coût de 20 milliards d’euros par an et son efficacité limitée 10.
Hollande, dont le patrimoine était déclaré à 1,17 million d’euros en 2017, reste actif en politique après son mandat. Même en 2025, il incarne une voix critique au sein de la gauche modérée. Ses interventions soulignent les contradictions entre les promesses de rupture de Macron et la continuité de certaines politiques héritées du quinquennat hollandais.
