Jack Nicholson – Anwesen am Mulholland Drive in Beverly Hills
Hollywoodlegende Jack Nicholson hat sich nicht nur mit seiner Filmkarriere, sondern auch mit seinem Wohnsitz einen Platz unter den Ikonen gesichert. Seit 2004 gehört ihm ein Anwesen in den Beverly Hills, das zuvor Marlon Brando gehörte. Die Immobilie liegt direkt am berühmten Mulholland Drive und kostete ihn rund sechs Millionen Euro. Das Grundstück umfasst über 2.100 Quadratmeter. Es gibt also genug Platz für Jack, seine Partnerin und die fünf gemeinsamen Kinder.
Die Villa ist nicht nur großzügig geschnitten, sondern auch Teil eines größeren Areals: der Schauspieler besitzt mehrere angrenzende Grundstücke. Damit gehört ihm ein ganzes Stück des begehrten Hollywood-Hügels und das schon seit Jahrzehnten.
