Cindy Crawford – Luxusimmobilien in Malibu mit Meerblick
Cindy Crawford und ihr Ehemann Rande Gerber haben über die Jahre ein beeindruckendes Immobilienportfolio aufgebaut, vor allem in Malibu, Kalifornien. Eine ihrer Villen, direkt am Lechuza Beach gelegen, wurde 2019 für rund 7,5 Millionen US-Dollar zum Verkauf angeboten. Das Paar hatte die Immobilie bereits in den 90er Jahren erworben und zeitweise für bis zu 45.000 Euro monatlich vermietet. Der Verkauf scheiterte allerdings zunächst, unter anderem wegen der Corona-Pandemie.
Zusätzlich besaßen sie eine spektakuläre Villa oberhalb des Pacific Coast Highway, die 2018 für 45 Millionen US-Dollar verkauft wurde. Diese wurde später sogar für fast 100 Millionen erneut gelistet, also ein echtes Stück Malibu-Immobiliengeschichte.
