Katy Perry – Mediterrane Villa in Montecito
Katy Perry lebt aktuell mit ihrem Partner Orlando Bloom und ihrer Tochter Daisy Dove in einer mediterranen Villa in Montecito, Kalifornien. Das Anwesen wurde 2020 für etwa 14,2 Millionen Euro von ihnen gekauft und bietet auf rund 9.000 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche acht Schlafzimmer, elf Bäder, einen Infinity-Pool, eine Außenküche sowie zwei Gästehäuser. Die Villa liegt auf einem etwa 3,6 Hektar großen Grundstück mit Meerblick und wurde ursprünglich in den 1930er Jahren erbaut.
Nach einem mehrjährigen Rechtsstreit um den Kauf des Hauses wurde Katy im Mai 2024 offiziell als Eigentümerin eingetragen . Montecito ist bekannt für seine prominenten Bewohner wie Oprah Winfrey und Meghan Markle und Prince Harry.
