Die rund zehn Millionen Euro teure Villa hat etwa 11.000 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, umgeben von vier Hektar Land. Mit sechs Schlafzimmern, neun Bädern und sieben Wohnzimmern ist reichlich Platz vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist hell und modern gehalten, dazu gibt es eine Außenküche sowie ein eigenes Fitness- und Tanzstudio.
