Katarina Witt – Age 56
As a world-renowned athlete, Katarina Witt has accomplished many notable feats throughout her career. She won two Olympic gold medals for Germany in 1984. Besides, it was just the beginning of her accomplishments on an international level! In addition to achieving four consecutive World Championships between 1984 and 1988, Katarina also won six European titles consecutively from 1983 until 1988.
The former figure skater’s secret to looking youthful and vibrant is a nutritious diet and regular exercise. Witt believes that all the blood pumping from a workout really reflects on a person’s skin. Therefore, she doesn’t need to follow a skincare routine, and just a moisturizer works fine for her.
