NADIA COMANECI – AGE 60
In 1976, 14-year-old Nadia Comaneci captivated the world with her Olympic gymnastics feats, becoming the first gymnast ever to score a perfect 10. She is a retired Romanian gymnast and a five-time Olympic gold medalist. Comăneci earned nine Olympic medals and four World Artistic Gymnastics Championship medals during her career.
After retiring from competitive gymnastics, Comaneci worked as a coach and television commentator. In 2001, she was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame. Today, Nadia lives in Oklahoma with her husband, Bart Conner, and their child named Dylan. It’s hard to believe that little Nadia Comaneci is now a wife and mother! Time really does fly.
