HEIKE HENKEL – 57 JAHRE
Heike Henkel ist die bislang einzige Hochspringerin der Welt, die in drei aufeinander-folgenden Jahren Europameisterin, Weltmeisterin und Olympia-Siegerin wurde. Die Goldmedaille, die sie bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1992 in Barcelona bekam, war der Höhepunkt ihrer einzigartigen Sportkarriere. Heute ist Heike Henkel als Coach und Speaker aktiv. „Meine Stärke war das Mentale“, sagt sie in einem Interview mit Business Insider nach ihrem Vortrag bei den Xing New Work Sessions in Montabaur. Sie ist seit 17 Jahren mit dem Ex-Zehnkämpfer Paul Meier zusammen und ist Mutter von drei Kinder.
