Armin Laschet und Susanne Laschet
Armin Laschet hat politisch viele Höhen und Tiefen erlebt, doch privat bleibt seine Ehe mit Susanne Laschet ein Fels in der Brandung. Kennengelernt haben sich die beiden schon als Kinder im Kirchenchor – eine Freundschaft, aus der später Liebe wurde. 1985 gaben sie sich das Jawort und sind seither ein eingespieltes Team. Gemeinsam haben sie drei erwachsene Kinder und leben in ihrer Heimatstadt Aachen. Während Armin in der Politik aktiv bleibt, meidet Susanne das Rampenlicht und konzentriert sich auf ihre Arbeit als Buchhändlerin. Ihre Ehe steht für Vertrauen, Beständigkeit und gemeinsame Wurzeln – eine Liebe, die früh begann und bis heute hält.
