Cem Özdemir ist nicht nur ein prägender Kopf der Grünen, sondern auch ein Mann, der in Sachen Liebe weiß, was er will. Als er 2003 auf einer Party Pia Maria Castro traf, ließ er nichts unversucht, um ihre Nummer zu bekommen – mit Erfolg! Bald darauf wurden sie ein Paar und noch im selben Jahr gaben sie sich das Jawort. Heute leben sie mit ihren zwei Kindern in Kreuzberg und führen eine multikulturelle Familie, in der mehrere Sprachen gesprochen und Traditionen vereint werden. Ihre Beziehung zeigt, dass Liebe keine Grenzen kennt – weder geografisch noch kulturell. Eine wunderbare Reise, die aus einem besonderen Kennenlernen entstand und bis heute anhält.
