Steffi Graf originally listed this house for sale in 2007 for $3.5 million, but it wouldn’t sell. After several price reductions, a few months later that year, it was being offered for $2.75 million. Then finally in 2010, it sold for $2.175 million. The house, located on Hibiscus Island, Miami Beach is in a traditional 1935 Mediterranean-style boasting a living room with quarry tiles and a staircase whose handrail possesses intricate ironwork.
