Lindsay Davenport – Laguna Beach, $3.25 Million

Former tennis player Lindsay Davenport listed her Laguna Beach home for sale in 2015 for $3.25 million. Located in Emerald Bay, it’s a single-level three-bedroom, two-bathroom 2,134-square-foot structure. Built in 1956, it features a kitchen with a center island, dining and living rooms, ceilings in a cathedral-style, a brick fireplace, and hardwood floors. Outside is a brick fountain and a tiled patio. The house has beach and pool access and was purchased in 2000 for $1.305 million, so she’s been eyeing some profit for her bank account. Davenport, who coaches Madison Keys, got her to the Australian Open semi-finals in 2015, the first time Keys had been to a Grand Slam semi-finals.
