Tim blieb erstmal auf Abstand. Er wollte die Vögel nicht aufscheuchen, falls sie doch im Nest waren. Lieber morgen nochmal vorbeischauen und gucken, ob dann wieder Leben da war. Die Ruhe machte ihn zwar nervös, aber er wollte nicht gleich das Schlimmste denken.
Den ganzen Tag ging ihm das leere Nest nicht aus dem Kopf. Was war da los? Hoffentlich findet er morgen alles beim Alten. Aber irgendwie hatte Tim so ein Bauchgefühl, dass da etwas nicht stimmte. Vielleicht würde das nicht nur die Vögel betreffen, sondern den ganzen Park auf den Kopf stellen. Und was würde das für ihn bedeuten? Morgen musste er der Sache auf den Grund gehen.
