Endlich ein Neuanfang
Der Wendepunkt kam mit dem Neujahr 2016. Lexi beschloss nun endgültig, dass es Zeit war, einen neuen Weg einzuschlagen. Das kommende Jahr sollte eine radikale Veränderung in ihrer Ernährung und Lebensweise bringen. Zunächst war Danny skeptisch und nicht bereit, ihren Plan sofort zu unterstützen. Er hatte sich längst an das gemächliche Leben gewöhnt.
Doch als er bemerkte, dass Lexi diesmal wirklich entschlossen war, ihre Ziele zu verfolgen, würde er sie nicht allein lassen. Er versprach ihr, ebenfalls mitzumachen. Doch wie so oft bei Neujahrsvorsätzen, dachte Danny, dass sich Lexi spätestens nach ein paar Wochen wieder dem alten Muster zuwenden würde. Er hatte sich geirrt und seine hartnäckige Frau unterschätzt.
