Träume, die unerreichbar erscheinen
Die größte Sorge von Lexi und Danny war natürlich, dass es Lexi aufgrund ihres Übergewichts unmöglich sein könnte, Kinder zu bekommen. Doch auch kleinere, für andere Menschen ganz normale Wünsche, schienen für sie unerreichbar. Ihr Traum war es, eines Tages den Themenpark “Wizarding World of Harry Potter” in Florida zu besuchen.
Doch das war für sie quasi unmöglich, denn zum einen war sie schlichtweg zu breit, um in einen Flugzeugsitz zu passen, und da sie im Bundesstaat Indiana lebte, war eine Reise im Auto quasi unmöglich. Zum anderen würde sie auch kein einziges Fahrgeschäft besteigen dürfen. Lexi merkte immer deutlicher, welche Träume und Wünsche durch ihr Übergewicht gefährdet waren.
