Erste Erfolgsgefühle
Nach den ersten Wochen ihres neuen und disziplinierten Lebens begannen Lexi und Danny, erste Fortschritte zu erzielen. Besonders Lexi wurde selbstbewusster und begann, spezielle Kurse im Fitnessstudio zu besuchen. Sie fand sogar eine Freundin, mit der sie gemeinsam trainierte.
“Ich liebe meinen Pulse-Kurs, in dem ich zu meiner Lieblingsmusik tanzen kann, und es fühlt sich nie wie ein Workout an, wir machen zur Musik Kniebeugen, und obwohl meine Beine brennen, macht es soviel Spaß, dass ich es gar nicht merke”, sagte Lexi begeistert. Auch Danny, der anfangs skeptisch war, begann, seine täglichen Bewegungsziele zu überschreiten. Der Spaß am Training und die positiven Veränderungen motivierten sie beide weiter.
