Der erste Fehlversuch
Nach ihrer Hochzeit hatten sie sich einige Veränderungen vorgenommen, denn sie wollten ein Leben mit einer besseren körperlichen Fitness und einer gesünderen Lebensweise beginnen, doch ihr Alltag schien sich kaum verändert zu haben und alle guten Vorsätze begannen zu schwinden. Stattdessen setzten sich ihre alten Gewohnheiten fort: Fernsehen, Fast Food und der ewige Plan, Diäten immer an einem Montag zu beginnen. So verging Woche für Woche. An den Wochenenden wurde es zu ihrem Brauch, sich mit all den Sachen zu verwöhnen, auf die sie unter der Woche verzichteten. Doch am Montag war die Motivation schnell verschwunden. Es war ein wahrer Teufelskreis und es schien unmöglich, aus diesem auszubrechen.
