Aktivität als Freude und nicht als Pflicht
Für Lexi und Danny war es wichtig, Bewegung nicht nur als Pflicht oder anstrengendes Training zu sehen, sondern als eine Freude, die sie in ihren Alltag integrieren konnten. Das Ziel war immer, sich ausreichend zu bewegen und sich dabei gut zu fühlen. Wie sie dieses Ziel jedoch erreichen konnten, war schließlich zweitrangig.
Sie begannen, einfache Spaziergänge mit Freunden oder Fahrradtouren in ihre Routine aufzunehmen, statt nur im Fitnessstudio zu trainieren. Das Wichtigste war, dass es Spaß machte und nicht zur Last wurde. Denn der wahre Unterschied zwischen anstrengendem Training und genussvoller Bewegung liegt im Gefühl, das es ihnen bringt. Auch wenn es schrittweise ging, haben sie genau das geschafft.
