Und zweitens ermutigt sie dazu, diese Zusätze einfach abzubestellen.
Viele Gäste scheuen sich, nach kleinen Änderungen zu fragen, aber oft sind es genau diese Anpassungen, die den Unterschied ausmachen können. Das gilt auch für Beilagen wie Pommes oder Reis. Wer gerade auf Kohlenhydrate achtet, sollte dem Kellner ruhig Bescheid geben, denn kleine Anpassungen können eine große Wirkung haben.
