Der erste Schritt ins Fitnessstudio
Lexi und Danny meldeten sich in einem lokalen Fitnessstudio in ihrer Heimatstadt Terre Haute, Indiana, an. Sie gingen nun täglich in das Studio, um ihre vereinbarten Trainingseinheiten durchzuführen. Doch dieser Schritt war nicht so einfach, wie sie es sich vorgestellt hatten. Ohne Personal Trainer und mit wenig Erfahrung standen sie vor der Herausforderung, sich selbst zu motivieren und ein effektives Trainingsprogramm zu entwickeln.
Zu allem Überfluss schien das Fitnessstudio, das sie gewählt hatten, nicht gerade auf Menschen wie Lexi ausgelegt zu sein. Ihre Gelenkschmerzen erschwerten das Training zusätzlich, und das Gefühl, nicht wirklich dazuzugehören, war anfangs schwer zu ertragen. Doch das Paar ließ sich nicht entmutigen und kämpfte weiter.
