Die Freude an den kleinen Veränderungen
Abgesehen von der lang ersehnten Reise nach Florida war es vor allem die Freude an den alltäglichen Veränderungen, die Lexi und Danny in ihrem neuen Leben glücklich machten. Für Lexi war besonders das Thema Kleidung ein wichtiger Aspekt, denn sie hatte jahrelang große Schwierigkeiten, passende und schöne Kleidung zu finden. Aber auch Danny freute sich über die neue Auswahl, die ihm nun offen stand.
Ein besonderer Moment war, als sie 2018 zu einem Konzert ihrer Lieblingsband gehen und die Fan-T-Shirts kaufen konnten. Für viele mag das eine kleine, selbstverständliche Sache sein, aber für das Paar war es ein kraftvolles Symbol für den Beginn ihrer neuen Lebensweise.
