Katarina Witt, Eiskunstläuferin (55 Jahre alt)
Die sympathische Katarina Witt ist eine ehemalige Eiskunstläuferin und war zweimal Olympiasiegerin und sogar viermal Weltmeisterin. Nach Ende ihrer Karriere als Eisläuferin war die Berlinering als Schauspielerin und Moderatorin beschäftigt. Katarina Witt ist im Alter von 55 Jahren noch sehr fit und achtet sehr darauf, ihren Körper durchtrainiert zu halten. Sie hat eigene Fitness- und Wellnessprogramme, bei denen sie hilfreiche Fitnesstipps gibt, um sich wohl zu fühlen und glücklich zu sein. Im Interview sagt die ehemalige Olympiasiegerin im Eiskunstlaufen, dass sie sich wünscht, dass der gesellschaftliche Stellenwert des Breitensports zunimmt.
