This record is all about the color. Legacy of Brutality was printed in black and red versions. However, 16 copies were printed with a pink platter by mistake. This has made original copies of the second pressing quite precious in the eyes of collectors. The album, however, ignited a dispute between the members.
Glen Danzig, the singer of the band, produced this compilation project. However, he overdubbed it without the knowledge or consent of the previous bandmates. This ensued a legal battle that could’ve led to a court hearing. Meanwhile, the album’s pink copies sell for up to $6K.
