Tim McGraw is financially much more comfortable going into his fifties than he was for much of his childhood. Perhaps for that reason, he has devoted a good deal of his time and money to charities and foundations. After floods ravaged their home state of Tennessee in 2007, Tim and Faith organized the benefit concert Nashville Rising, eventually raising $50K for relief efforts. Tim also supports Operation Homefront, an organization that provides mortgage-free homes to military veterans.
