Timothy Spall, 68, Schauspieler
Der beliebte britische Schauspieler Timothy Spall, der heute schon 62 Jahre alt ist, hat eine beeindruckende Karriere mit internationalen Filmen wie „Harry Potter“, „Last Samurai“ und „Mr. Turner“, sowie vielen weiteren großen Erfolgen hinter sich. Als er sich 2014 dazu entschied eine Diät zu beginnen, hatte er zunächst Angst, keine neuen Rollen mehr zu erhalten, da diese bisher auf seiner Körperfülle basierten.
Er begann trotzdem auf seine Ernährung zu achten und komplett auf Alkohol zu verzichten. Zum Glück war seine Angst unbegründet, denn heute ist er um einiges schlanker und ist weiterhin so gefragt wie früher.
