Ilka Bessin, 49, Stand-up Komikerin
Ilka Bessin hatte es nicht einfach im Leben und befand sich am Abgrund, als sie im Jahr 2000 für eine Comedy Casting-Show die Figur „Cindy aus Marzahn“ erfand und damit den ersten Preis gewann. Zu dieser neuen Figur, die sie viele Jahre lang auf den Bühnen Deutschlands und dem deutschen Fernsehen begleitete, passte ihre pummelige Figur gut. Nachdem sie sich aber schließlich 2016 von Cindy verabschiedete, entschied sie sich dazu abzunehmen.
Da sie laut eigenen Angaben ein Bewegungsmuffel ist, fällt es ihr schwer, sich zum Training zu motivieren. Doch sie hat es geschafft stolze 26 Kilo abzunehmen und präsentierte auch schon stolz ihre neue schlanke Figur bei verschiedenen Events.
