Kanye West and Kim Kardashian enjoy the high-profile status, as their relationship has always been the target of heavy media coverage. Their marriage is referred to by The New York Times as ‘a historic blizzard of celebrity’ because of their uncanny impact and influence on young people all over the world. In November 2018, Kim and Kanye uploaded photos of them flying in a private plane, on Instagram. It was a 747 aircraft with bedrooms, bathrooms, lounge areas, and an office, and the couple had it all for themselves. This stunt was met with backlash from the media and the critics, as they harshly judged the apparent ostentatiousness. The Boeing 747 costs $153M.
