So Chris Hemsworth Just showed up one day as Thor and became a superstar… that’s not how things work in Hollywood. He did, however, star in one of Australia’s most popular and long-running shows, “Home and Away.” Also, before he played the god of thunder, he played George Kirk in “Star Trek.”
But once Thor happened, the major roles kept coming, and he landed leading man roles in films like “Snow White and the Huntsman” and “Rush.” He also starred in 2019’s “Men in Black: International” and gained critical acclaim for his part in the Netflix movie “Extraction.” In 2021 he voiced Thor in the animated series “What If…?”
